Camp Adventure’s Forest Tower is a one of a kind nature experience in all Scandinavia. Following the architectural concept and the development of the experience, nature is staged to provide new perspectives, understanding and learning about itself. From the forest floor to the canopy, trees can be studied and experienced up close and at eye level.
The top platform of the tower is 135 meters above sea level and is the highest accessible point in Zealand. From the top, you can see the beautiful southern Zealand nature more than 25 km away. If you look north in clear weather, you will be able to see the Øresund bridge, Turning Torso in Malmö and parts of the Copenhagen skyline including Bella Sky and Ørstedsværket.
Camp Adventure is located close to Zealand’s highest point Kobanke and the terrain is essentially hilly, mixing fields, forest areas and small villages. The landscape is characterized by the many manors located in the area which have left visible traces by cultivating fields, having forestry and being historical cultural bearers. The Forest Tower thus forms part of a long cultural history by both managing and promoting nature. See more on the Forest Tower’s website.
There are many opportunities to play golf when staying at the campsite. The nearest ones include:
A pleasant cruise on Sorø Lake, with impressions and stories from the lake side. Definitely worth a visit.

A 1000 year old Viking fortress.
One of the places where the Viking Age can be experienced in close at hand is the Viking Fortress of Trelleborg, near Slagelse in West Zealand. One of the Vikings’ great ring fortresses is located in a beautiful natural area. Trelleborg was built around 980 AD by King Harald Bluetooth. Today, the remains of the large royal castle are clearly visible in the terrain. Get close to the Vikings living 1000 years ago and and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Tude valley. See more on Trelleborg’s website.
There is…..fun in BonBon-Land! This is how the slogan has sounded for many years, and it is still something the park lives up to.
Just 36 km from the campsite you can experience a world of funny animals, magic and genuine Danish cosiness – Get inspired here.
